Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new sales leads and delivering sales qualified leads (SQL’s) to Sales Leadership. At Lumana, we rely on data- and analytics-driven metrics to develop and implement consistent, effective lead generation activities. We have built a sales playbook that we believe resonates with our target customers and because we are a constantly learning organization, we depend on our sales team to help us fine-tune as needed. We use Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Outreach to enable effective and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales leads and opportunities with end customers in the physical security market.
  • Build and A/B test email campaigns that generate new opportunities.
  • Follow a playbook when reaching out to customers, and help the company improve where necessary.
  • Turn prospects into sales qualified leads (SQLs) by following the Lumana Playbook
  • Schedule qualified customer demo meetings with sales leadership
  • Use the Lumana ales tools effectively for documentation, discovery, and sequencing (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Outreach).
  • Maintain a high level of activity and productivity to achieve monthly and quarterly generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years in Sales or Business/Sales Development in a B2B technology
  • Experience in physical or video security software - highly preferred
  • Able to perform intensive outreach and prospecting activities - a must
  • Perseverant, not discouraged by rejection - a must
  • Experience working remotely with a team - a must
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter, multitasker
  • Passionate, energetic, and self-aware

Compensation range

  • Base annualized at $58,000 - $59,000 when meeting the minimal requirements
  • Total OTE over $85,000 as there is an accelerator on the variable compensation and no cap
