With Lumana VMS+, organizations can create a video wall in seconds to continuously live steam cameras for on-premise or remote viewing. Video walls can be configured with up to 48 camera streams per set, and multiple sets can be added with automatic rotation based on time duration. This feature allows security operation centers to monitor nearly unlimited live streams simultaneously without manually selecting different walls.
Unique to Lumana is the addition of alert tiles — this combines live video with AI-powered alerts, allowing users to monitor their environment and receive real-time alerts directly within a video wall.
When an alert is triggered on a specific camera, the alert tile is brought into optimal view, displaying the live camera feed and a video clip of the alert in a picture-in-picture format. This provides real-time awareness of an incident without manually monitoring individual cameras, ensuring no unusual activity goes unnoticed.
Live video walls with integrated alerts can be beneficial when someone has gained unauthorized access to an area within your organization.
